• Service Providers: We may engage third-party companies to perform services related to our custom Google Spreadsheet formulas. These third parties are granted access only to the specific inputs you provide for the custom formulas and do not receive your personal data. The following is a list of vendors we use for each custom formula:

  • COHESIVE_GPT shares your input with OpenAI API (subject to their Terms of Service).

  • COHESIVE_WEBSEARCH shares your input with ProxyCurl (subject to their Terms of Service).

  • COHESIVE_EMAIL shares your input with ZeroBounce (subject to their Terms of Service)

  • COHESIVE_BUSINESS_LINKEDIN shares your input with ProxyCurl (subject to their Terms of Service)

  • COHESIVE_PERSON_LINKEDIN shares your input with ProxyCurl (subject to their Terms of Service).

By executing any of these formulas, you authorize us to share your formula inputs with these third-party vendors. We are not liable for any risks associated with sharing private data with these vendors. Therefore, please refrain from using sensitive personal information, such as passwords or credit card numbers, as formula inputs.​

• Compliance with Laws: We may disclose your email address if required to do so by law or in response to valid requests by public authorities (e.g., a court or government agency).​Our use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Security

Data exchanged between Google Spreadsheet and our server are encrypted in transit (SSL/TLS) and at rest (AES 256-bit). We take reasonable measures to protect your personal information from unauthorized access, use, alteration, or destruction. However, no method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Billing Information

For billing purposes, your payment information is collected and processed by Stripe. Cohesive does not store or directly process any of your payment information. Please refer to Stripe's Terms of Service for more information about how Stripe processes your payment information.
